In honor of National Fire Prevention Week, October 9-14, the Washington Township Fire Department is opening all five fire houses to the community.
Each fire open house is on a different night and features various apparatus and equipment that are unique to that station.
This year, the Department is excited to welcome the community to the new Station 41 on East Franklin Street for its Open House debut! This new station replaces Station 41 on Maple Ave.
Families are invited to attend one night, two nights, or all five. Open houses take place from
5 to 7p and include opportunities to climb aboard a fire engine, try on firefighting gear and ask any questions you might have from the firefighters who are serving our community around the clock.
Monday, October 9 – Station 41, 716 East Franklin St.
