The Washington Township Fire Department is proud to partner with Solvita (formerly the Community Blood Center) and host 6 annual blood drives.

Facts about donating blood:

• Someone needs blood every two seconds
• One pint of blood can save up to 3 lives
• There are 4 easy steps to donate blood: Medical History; quick physical; donation and snacks
• Healthy adults who are at least 17 years old and at least 110 pounds may donate a pint of blood every 56 days
