Public Works Concrete Bids

Washington Township will receive sealed bids for the materials and labor necessary for the 2026 Concrete Rehabilitation Program. Bids shall be received by the Township, Attn: Tim Franck, Township Public Works Director, 8200 McEwen Road, Dayton, Ohio 45458 until 10 am local time on Tuesday, February 3, 2026.

The Washington Township Public Works Department is requesting qualifications for professional services related to a list of general types of projects. This is a broad list of standard work that may or may not be pursued in 2026 or future years. Detailed scopes will be determined later. Letters of interest and/or statement of qualifications are due by 3:30 pm on January 30, 2026.

RecPlex HVAC Replacement

Washington Township RecPlex (RecPlex East) is requesting a professional proposal from qualified HVAC installers to remove (1) one 18-ton Carrier HVAC Unit (RTU #7) that has exceeded its useful life and install a replacement 18-ton Carrier HVAC Unit (Model #48FEFM20B2M5-8W0C0) or equivalent. The unit is located at the RecPlex East building, and the project must be completed no later than June 1, 2026. Proposals are due by January 22, 2026 at 11:59 pm.

Countryside Park: Construction Administration Consulting Services RFQ

Washington Township requests Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified firms interested in providing Construction Administration Consulting Services acting in the capacity of an owner’s representative on behalf of the Township as required and determined by the Owner during the construction of Phase II of the Countryside Park Master Plan. It is the intention of the Owner that all fees shall be billed as Time and Materials with a “not-to-exceed” amount agreed to by both parties when a contract is negotiated. Firms submitting an SOQ must be able to demonstrate the firm's history, experience and technical expertise in successfully providing construction management consulting service on behalf of parks and recreation facilities, landscapes, and related infrastructure improvements. Firms interested in being considered for a contract to provide the required services must reply in writing with a statement of qualifications no later than 4:30 p.m. on January 30, 2026. Statements received after this will not be considered.
