Scheduling a RecPlex West Rental

RecPlex West is a great place to gather for large groups or special events -- from banquets, wedding receptions and birthday parties to company events and small conferences. Rentals include two gymnasiums, large lobby, dance studio, game room, and a full-size movie theater with professional movie projection and sound system. The adjoining Joyce Young Center offers a kitchen, dining room, art room, lounge with fireplace, activity area and deck.

Please note that a $54 cleaning fee will be applied to all after-hour rentals.

Joyce Young Center (Capacity - 200)

Are you looking for an attractive venue that can accommodate a large number of guests or has space for dining? If so, consider the 9.000 sq ft open-space Joyce Young Center. The rental fee includes a lounge with fireplace, activity room, dining room, art room and wrap-around deck. The kitchen can be included for an additional fee to stage food for serving. Food preparation must be done offsite. Beer and wine can be served with restrictions - please ask for details. Please note that at $54 cleaning fee is applied to all whole facility rentals.

Whole Facility - 6 hours
Complete Pass Holders - $719/6 hour block
Resident - $754/6 hour block
Non Resident- $799/6 hour block

Perhaps you need a space to stage food for serving? The kitchen is available for an additional fee for warming and cooling food that is prepared off site, but not for food preparation.
