Public Works Department

The Washington Township Public Works Department is requesting qualifications for professional services related to a list of general types of projects. This is a broad list of standard work that may or may not be pursued in 2026 or future years. Detailed scopes will be determined later. Letters of interest and/or statement of qualifications are due by 3:30 pm on January 30, 2026.

RecPlex HVAC Replacement

Washington Township RecPlex (RecPlex East) is requesting a professional proposal from qualified HVAC installers to remove (1) one 18-ton Carrier HVAC Unit (RTU #7) that has exceeded its useful life and install a replacement 18-ton Carrier HVAC Unit (Model #48FEFM20B2M5-8W0C0) or equivalent. The unit is located at the RecPlex East building, and the project must be completed no later than June 1, 2026. Proposals are due by January 22nd, 2026 at 11:59PM.
