All requests for appointments through this site are confirmed by Town Hall staff members via e-mail during our regular business hours. Auditions cannot be scheduled by phone. Please be sure the e-mail account you are sending this request from does not have any filters or blocks that would reject a response. If you have not received an appointment confirmation message within 48 business hours of your request, please resubmit or call the office at 937-432-2835. Please note audition confirmation may take longer than 48 hours due to summer hours. We cannot guarantee your choice for audition date and time; however, we will try our best to accommodate all requests. PLEASE NOTE: Registration for auditions scheduled on Saturdays must be received by 6 pm on the Thursday before the audition. We are auditioning for two shows at once. There is a note next to the dates to indicate which show you can audition for on that day. You do not need to audition for both shows if you come on a day marked both. Just indicate which show you want to audition for. If you want to audition for both but cannot attend auditions on the day marked both please register twice one each of the dates the show is auditioning. If you are auditioning for both on Oct. 1st you only need to prepare 1 monologue and present it once. Both directors will be present.
Did you forget to fill anything out? You will get an error message if fields are blank in the participant information or if you fail to answer yes or no to the Acting One or Two questions.
PLEASE NOTE: It usually takes up to 48 hours to respond to the audition requests that are sent Sunday through Wedensday. However, it may take longer. Any requests sent Thursday through Saturday may not receive a response until Monday.
